Your tasks:

We are looking for a qualified nursing professional to serve as deputy head of the interdisciplinary comfort ward D5 with 16 beds (ENT / endocrinology, diabetology, and geriatrics).

Your responsibilities include supporting the ward management in:

  • Goal- and service-oriented leadership and organization of the department
  • Operational management of the entire ward area, organization and coordination of processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups, departments, and wards
  • Economic management and planning of personnel deployment
  • Shift planning and personnel scheduling
  • Targeted and needs-based team and personnel development through employee annual discussions and planning of further education and training
