Handling financing issues for commercial properties in collaboration with management, partner banks, and the capital market
Expanding and maintaining our network with banks and external capital providers
Project analysis / analysis of financial data
Preparation and review of credit agreements, contract negotiations
Reporting for external and internal recipients
Controlling tasks

Your Passion for Real Estate

Education or degree in a business-related field (e.g. bank clerk, banking and finance, etc.)
Experience with commercial credit agreements is an advantage
Proactive and structured work style, ability to familiarize yourself with new topics
Negotiation experience and strong communication skills
Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
Fluent
