We are looking for a
part-time hours/week) Sachbearbeiter (m/f/d) with a focus on debt collection for a renowned company in the banking industry in Düsseldorf, for direct placement**.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supporting the debt collection department in processing standardized business transactions
  • Preparing thirdparty debtor declarations
  • Handling ongoing correspondence with authorities
  • Reviewing and processing accounts affected by debt collection measures
  • Setting up and managing protected accounts for debt collection

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, training as a legal assistant or notary assistant, or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent German language skills
