Description

Insight Global is looking for a customer service representative in Clearwater, FL.

This person will be responsible for handling customer emails and calls in support of aged inventory in their warehouse facilities to be shipped back to their vendors.

This person must have strong attention to detail in order to handles escalated issues properly and document claims appropriately while following external vendor processes appropriately.

They will work hand in hand with other teams such as claims, sales, and purchasing.

Required Skills & Experience

Some College
Coachable eager to learn and pick up on new skills
Hardworking with an outgoing personality
Ability to be a problem solver and aptitude to be forward-thinking
At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service oriented role
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and escalate issues appropriately
Strong typing skills: 35 wpm
Strong computer skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Supply chain or logistics experience
SAP experience
Inventory experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
