Therefore, we are looking for YOU as a receptionist (m/f/d) at our hotel reception.

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome and individual care for our guests during their stay
  • Check in / check out with hotel software
  • Representing our hotel
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Advising our guests on all offers of our hotel and the region
  • Passing on guest information to all departments
