Description

As a Sales Representative at Alba Ramirez State Farm, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

You will actively engage with potential customers, identify their insurance needs, and offer suitable products and solutions. Your ability to build relationships, effectively communicate, and close sales will be crucial to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential customers' insurance requirements.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate customers about insurance options and guide them towards suitable coverage plans. Present and explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Follow up with leads, provide exceptional customer service, and address any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members and insurance agents to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services (preferred but not required)

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
