We are a leading Plastic Surgery practice in Beverly Hills that's rapidly growing and seeking someone with the ability to "wear many hats" to join our amazing team Their primary roles will be reception/phones and medical assistance.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our patients, someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
-DUTIES_:
Include handling administrative duties, such as maintaining a manageable patient schedule and answering phones, in addition to clinical duties working directly with patients, assisting providers and maintaining office flow as far as patient check-in, room turnover, etc.

Assistance with charting, patient photography and scanning to EMR:

Patient Education

Assisting the Doctor_
:As a chaperone during procedure follow ups, you might room the patient, take photos, answer questions and prepare the patient to see the surgeon.
Back Office Duties May Include**:

Provide assistance to the coordinators in preparing patients for
surgery or office procedures:
Assist with the follow-up of post-op patients:
Room turnover/sterilization/stocking between appointments:

Education/Experience:_
High School Graduate (required) with 2 or more related years of experience in clinical environment preferred. Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs.)

License/Certifications:_
MA certification is not required, but preferred.

- Possess an eagerness to learn/grow, and wear many hats
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
