We are currently looking for a Client Experience and Sales Support Manager to join our team in Washington.


As a Sales and Design Support Consultant you will:

Be responsible for supporting Haworth sales team with client experience events and various sales support responsibilities, working from Haworth and dealer occupied showroom space.

Acts as liaison between Haworth and the dealer to provide sales aids, vendor coordination, information communication, and problem-solve on shared space matters.

Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, marketing, communication or equivalent.
Two years' office or showroom management experience, including experience working in hospitality, marketing, or direct customer service interaction.
Have a current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship from Haworth for employment purposes.
Be able to work onsite in Washington, D.C. without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Haworth experience strongly preferred.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, technical, and customer service skills.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to portray professional and positive image while dealing with wide variety of situations and diverse group of people/personalities.
Experience creating social media campaigns.
Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail; strong proofreading skills.
Outstanding follow up skills, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, continually changing environment.
