Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle credit, and debit card transactions
• Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales revenue
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
• Strong cash handling skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS terminals
• Must be fluent in English
