- Advise Distribution Center management on HR matters
- Assist with staffing, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Process payroll, benefits, and unemployment claims
- Supervise HR staff and oversee daily activities
- Conduct training sessions and new employee orientation
- Provide counsel on personnel issues and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration preferred
- Minimum 6 years of HR management experience
- Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
