The Perioperative Specialist is responsible for scheduling surgical procedures for BEH, TCT and Erlanger North, and scheduling pre-admission testing procedures for BEH surgery.
This person must be able to exercise superior communication skills and filter a vast amount of information accurately, with a working knowledge of CPT, DRG and ICD9 codes, and the ability to interface effectively with patients, physicians, and all other levels within the organization.

Proficient typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
