- Join a team of highly competent and interactive providers (physicians and one NP)
- Collaborate with our community-based palliative care team
- In-home and facility-based hospice care
- Opportunity to provide direct patient care
- 2 to 3 years of hospice experience preferred
- Compensation is between $234,966 and $294,117 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers will have CME benefits available to them.
