- Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.

- Bonifay Nursing & Rehabilitation, located at 306 W Brock Ave. Bonifay, FL 32425, is a 180 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
