    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with firm management and will have responsibility for high volume sourcing of qualified attorneys and non-attorneys, utilizing a variety of sources including approved job boards, internal and external databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements, and employee referrals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also help manage all the related administrative duties related to the job search process.

    Responsibilities

    • Full Lifecycle Recruitment.
    • Source candidates from networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct web searches for targeted positions.
    • Post jobs for the approved time frame.
    • Monitor and screen candidates who apply.
    • Proactively network and seek out the right candidates in an expeditious and most cost-effective manner.
    • Utilize business and client networks to market career/client opportunities.
    • Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate's availability and confirming the interview date, time, and location.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proven experience of 2+ years of successful recruitment of legal professionals
    • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Extremely organized with an excellent attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Hireology and job board platforms.
