    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Full-Time / Onsite - Monday to Friday

    Cresskill, New Jersey

    Compensation: $40-50k/annually + uncapped quarterly commission

    Elgen Staffing, New Jersey's fastest-growing staffing & employment agency, is seeking experienced Recruiters & Inside Sales professionals to join our winning team and help launch Elgen's nationwide expansion.

    As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying quality candidates and helping put people to work across the United States. We are hiring goal-driven, team players who are self-motivated and driven to succeed – if that is you then let's talk

    Responsibilities:

    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
    • On-board and train new employees
    • Utilize our ATS - Bullhorn
    • Implement company culture, values and policies
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
    • Accurately maintain employee files

    What we're looking for:

    • Ability to handle heavy phone volume
    • Recruiting/sales experience
    • Job board proficiency, Boolean logic knowledge a plus
    • Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
    • Social media savvy
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Results driven
    • Strong desire to be successful
    • Hard working and hungry for success
