Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) in Bad Wörishofen
Employment type: Full-time

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing continuous improvement processes for your department
- Assisting with creating schedules for your employees
- Managing your own station/shift
- Ensuring smooth operations in your work area
- Properly serving food and drinks with recommendations and sales conversations
- Actively participating in daily restaurant operations
- Assisting with the implementation of tasks and goals
Your qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist (m/f/d)
- Previous experience in this position is ideal
- Excellent German skills, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- You have a strong interest in professional development
- You work independently, are flexible, and can handle stress
- You have good manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a sense of responsibility
- You are friendly
