***Alliance Maintenance***, a leading and dynamic provider of premier facilities-related services to commercial properties in the New York metropolitan area seeks motivated service workers for seasonal work. We are a multi-company service provider, with more than 4000 employees in several states.

**Job Skills / Requirements**

***We are Hiring Janitorial workers for Vacation Relief - 2022***

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in order to guarantee a spotless facility.

Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. This is a seasonal position.

Pay Rate is $17.11 per hour

**Responsibilities include:**

Must be available to work any shift as assigned;

General knowledge of commercial building maintenance is preferred;

Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.

**Requirements:**

Must have experience in the janitorial/custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Professional appearance and communication ability;

Ability to work days and evenings;

You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods;

Ability to lift 25 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry;

Ability to take direction and work in a team oriented environment.

32BJ Union Dues required.
