The main tasks of the job centers are providing benefits and facilitating employment and training opportunities. The clients often face complex challenges and our goal is to support their return to work and social participation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your main task is to end or minimize the need for assistance.

This includes managing the individual integration process (including profiling and integration agreements, as well as monitoring progress) while considering the overall situation of the household.

You will also be responsible for selecting and deciding on individual integration measures, as well as coordinating and ensuring their quality.

Additionally, you will provide advice on individual integration and employment.

The focus of this position is on clients over the age of 25.

Requirements

You should have a university degree and ideally some experience in advising people or a similar profile.

You should also have the ability to provide good advice in a high-volume customer environment, as well as empathy and the ability to handle conflicts calmly and confidently.

You should be able to work well with colleagues and have a good understanding of administrative processes. Basic knowledge of social law, particularly regarding integration benefits, is also required.
