If youre a goal-driven professional salesperson who loves identifying and solving client problems, this may be the career for you. As a MadAveGroup Account Manager, youll help your clients build their businesses by solving their marketing problems.
The focus of this role is account penetration and retention. Youll be responsible for managing and continually improving your client relationships. Your goal is to be perceived by your clients as a trusted marketing advisor and not just a marketing vendor.
You should be an intelligent, goal-oriented, strategic thinker who exhibits great communication skills. And well expect you to come with proven account management and selling skills.
The compensation range is $60,000 - $80,000 and consists of base and performance pay, commission, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards.
Your success is dependent upon building relationships with existing clients and growing your accounts with the comprehensive and robust marketing tools, services and programs provided by the agencies of MadAveGroup.

In addition to base pay, all employees receive substantial performance pay. Some roles also earn commission, as well as revenue, and/or profit overrides.
