Since its founding in 1994, we have been showcasing a consistent and growing program of artists who are operating at the highest global level today. With two gallery locations and the expertise of an experienced team, we are dedicated to the long-term promotion of artistic positions, which we accompany in the institutional context and present at leading art fairs worldwide.

We are looking for

a Head of Sales Team (m/f/d) for contemporary art

in a permanent and full-time position.

Your responsibilities

You inspire your team to sustainably promote established artistic positions to international collectors and institutions. You support the gallery owners in implementing the sales strategy and further developing it. You search for opportunities to place our artists in growing relationships and networks and successfully realize the plans.

Your duties primarily include the following tasks:

You lead an international team of sales employees, some of whom work remotely

You work on the responsible placement of our artists' works in leading and reputable collections and institutions

You represent the gallery at renowned art fairs, internal and external exhibitions, nationally and internationally

You provide impulses for the further development of successful sales activities and closely coordinate with the gallery management
