Essential job functions:


  • Greeting homeowners who use the clubhouse and providing assistance as needed
  • Documenting all homeowner communications in our community management software system
  • Maintaining homeowner information in our community management software systems
  • Processing & tracking architectural improvement requests
  • Processing & tracking community room reservations
  • Drafting and mailing covenant enforcement letters
  • Issuing and tracking Clubhouse Access Passes
  • Selling mailbox numbers to homeowners
  • Inspecting the clubhouse and common area on a daily basis
  • Performing community site inspections, as necessary
  • Performing general office duties, including data entry, scanning, filing, stocking supplies, and other duties as needed
  • Keeping the clubhouse office in a professional, clean, and orderly manner
  • Displaying all signage at community entrances for board meetings, social committee events, neighborhood watch meetings, garage sales, etc.
  • Ordering supplies for the clubhouse

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Positive attitude, good problem solving skills, and ability to multitask
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adept at using the Internet and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Works efficiently, independently, and in a timely manner
  • Must be physically able to walk the property for siteinspections and lift up to 40 lbs.
This is a part-time position with a work schedule that will vary based on the season.

  • From April 16th through September 30th, the work hours are 9 am to 5 pm (with 1⁄2 hour lunch period) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus an additional 4 hours per week to be worked as mutually agreed
  • From October 1st through April 15th, the work hours are as follows:


  • Monday

  • 9 am to 1 pm
  • Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Friday 1 pm to 5 pm
- an additional - 4 hours per week (day/time as mutually agreed)

Travel between the community in South Elgin and the PCM office in Elgin is to be expected.
