At EverGreene, the Superintendent works directly with the Project Management team to ensure all work is performed in accordance with the contract documents and at a high level of quality.

They are the professional, positive, competent, and knowledgeable day-to-day representation of EverGreene's reputation to our clients.

**This position is on-site on one of our active construction sites or our Los Angeles studio.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for effectively directing the daytoday onsite operations of field crews and subcontractors to meet project schedule expectations
  • Fosters an environment where employees are dedicated to delivering quality service within a "safety first" culture
  • Professionally and appropriately communicates progress, challenges, and other information pertinent to the performance of the contract with both internal and external clients.
  • Monitors site material stock and ensures all materials/tools are available in sufficient quantities to maintain work progress
  • Accurately tracks and documents change order and allowance work, project schedules, safety reports, timesheets, etc.
  • Fosters the development of our craftspeople by providing onthejob training and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of construction experience with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated ability to lead field operations including managing, training, and developing people
  • In depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, documentation, materials, manpower, etc.
  • Experience with decorative painting or plastering operations is a plus.
  • Must be willing to develop a working knowledge of all services performed by EverGreene over time.
  • Safety certifications (OSHA 30, Lift Operator, etc.)
  • Must be able to travel occasionally when needed (approximately 20%30%)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify status.
  • Must have a current, valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
