Position Summary

Essential Duties:

Works safely to maintain production and quality requirements by performing troubleshooting, installation, routine maintenance, and repair of mechanical manufacturing equipment.
Able to perform essential job functions outside of normal working hours.
Responsible for pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic operations of equipment.
Maintains facilities and grounds in a clean, wellkept, and efficient operating manner as needed.
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by implementing 6S. Complies with all Company and Federal safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
Other duties not listed herein but which need to be accomplished to maintain safe and timely daytoday operations of the plant.
