Your tasks and responsibilities

  • SAP process and application consulting in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Assuming (partial) project management in customer projects
  • Conceptualization in collaboration with the business department
  • Analysis of business processes and support in developing optimization approaches in line with our customers' requirements
  • Customizing and implementation of customer-specific SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions
  • Supporting the development of customer-specific solutions
  • Conceptualization, testing, coordination of implementation, and handover to business departments
  • Development and coaching of (new) employees

For job beginners:

  • After successfully completing our training program, you will learn the processes, project methodology, and functionalities related to SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) in more depth "on the job".
  • In the training program, you will also receive necessary certifications.

Your profile

  • A degree in (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, (business) engineering, business administration, or a degree as an IT specialist or IT management assistant, as well as initial relevant work experience
