    Description
    Sunshine Brewing Company is seeking a talented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team As a Prep Cook, you'll play a crucial role in assisting other kitchen team members in preparing high-quality ingredients and ensuring seamless kitchen operations


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely food preparation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.


    Requirements:
    Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred, but not required. Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
