Drain Service Technician

As a Drain Service Technician, you will go into our client's homes/businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential/commercial drain systems in the Greater Boston Area.

Duties of the Job

• Participates in maintenance, repair and installation duties in normal operations.
• Operates hand tools, power tools and equipment relevant to the selected trade.
• Performs Manual Labor associated with the trade.
• Maintains and cleans assigned truck including registration, insurance and inspection requirements per DOT standards.
• Trains and coaches new technicians and apprentices with on-job training when needed.
• Cleans and maintains Tools and Equipment assigned to the vehicle.
• Other Duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Great customer service skills with strong communication skills
• At least 2 years of drain cleaning experience
• Experience in drain stoppage and grease trap stoppages
• Experience in operating drain equipment, such as camera and locator
• Experience operating hydro jet equipment
• Skill in estimating time and material for project work
• Skill in both verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of training practices and techniques

Salary Range and Status
Positions are full time, benefited and hourly. Base Pay is beteen $18 and $50/hr based on Experience

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
