Position Summary:
Recruit, schedule, and maintain independent contractors for clients' customer experience projects. Provide coaching and assistance to evaluators. Manage projects statuses and ensure their timely and accurate completion.





NOTE:
THIS POSITION IS FOR 16 HOURS EVERY WEEKEND (SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS).


Essential Duties:


  • Recruit, coach, and schedule Independent Contractors (i.e. Auditors/Evaluators) to conduct projects in various industries.
  • Research and recommend new recruitment procedures, including new paid print or web postings, social media, or networking outlets.
  • Determine success of sourcing efforts by tracking responses.
  • Coordinate Auditor/Evaluators' routes and timelines to align with project requirements while keeping costs within budget.
  • Provide customer service to Auditors/Evaluators with questions, concerns, or technical problems.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders and summarize lessonslearned for operational improvement.
  • Track project scheduling and confirm timely project completion.
  • Ensure Auditor/Evaluator success by providing projectspecific education or briefings.
  • Schedule projects to the most qualified evaluators ensuring they meet and understand the goals and objectives of the applicable program.
  • Followup with evaluators to ensure individual evaluation visits are completed on time and meet clients' objectives.
  • Follow established quality control procedures to help detect and report fraudulent activity.
  • Participate in team and company meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 12 years' experience in a temporary agency or corporate recruiting role is ideal.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ability to quickly learn BARE's proprietary database systems, including having current knowledge of webbased database system navigation.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of active listening and asking for clarification when needed.
  • Proven ability to convey facts in writing using concepts and language the reader will best understand.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to problemsolve and find creative solutions to challenges using available resources.
  • Proven ability to respond to customer and team needs and to meet commitments.
  • History of successfully managing multiple projects at different stages in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate selfmotivation and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to diplomatically handle occasional challenging interpersonal interactions.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results with littletono direct oversight.
  • History of taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn others' trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
  • History of contributing to a positive team spirit.
