For our location in Berlin, we are currently looking for a/an

IT Project Manager and Tender Support (m/f/d)

The medium-sized Daher Logistik GmbH is a subsidiary of the French Daher Group, which employs approximately employees worldwide. As a logistics service provider, we have many years of experience and enable our customers to achieve comprehensive optimization and control of internal and external material flows.

Currently, we are at the beginning of a major transformation phase. Our French IT headquarters will be delegating more tasks and opportunities to the German company. However, we are a small, homogeneous IT team and therefore need support for the further development of our applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

Management, planning, control, and documentation of regional and group-wide IT projects of various sizes and complexities.

Responsibility for adhering to set budget and deadline limits, as well as promised quality in IT projects and IT components of business projects, while maintaining high customer and team satisfaction.

Identifying, evaluating, and managing project risks.

Project communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Reporting and coordination of project results and details with management and departments.

Preparation, execution, and follow-up of project meetings and workshops.
