Outbound Appointment Setter


  • Job Summary:


As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting prospects who have expressed an interest in our products and services and setting appointments with these warm leads on behalf of our organization.

Working within a call center environment, you will use your excellent skills and persuasive techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Engage with potential clients professionally and courteously.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Gather necessary information from prospects to assess their needs and interests.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointmentsetting targets.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasive and confident demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
