Background and Position Overview
Xyvid is a rapidly growing broadcast company specializing in dynamic video webcasts.

Using our specialized technological platform, we supply both self-service and full-service web broadcasts for Fortune 500 companies in various industries including Pharmaceutical and Financial institutions.

To support our continued growth, Xyvid is hiring a Virtual Webcast Producer.

This is a direct contributor role, responsible for the successful implementation and execution of virtual events on behalf of our clients.

This position is based in our Langhorne, PA office, and reports to the Manager of Production Services.


Specific Responsibilities

• Manages the life cycle of web broadcast events through a combination of client interaction and technical execution.
• Ensures proper setup and testing prior to each Xyvid broadcast.
• Guides clients through planning and rehearsals.
• Serves as a liaison between internal and external project stakeholders including Xyvid Sales and Operations, Client partners, Venues, and Vendor associate teams.
• Acts as primary pointofcontact during events, whether managed remotely or at the client's site.
• Assists in the development, tracking, and maintenance of broadcast infrastructure & gear.
• Provides technical support during live Xyvid Pro events as assigned.
• Organizes, reports, and troubleshoots platform bugs.
• Performs other duties and projects assigned by the Manager and/or senior management as needed.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in broadcast communications or a related field.
• 2 or more years' experience with audiovisual production, live internet video production, and associated hardware, software, and services.
• Knowledge of standard Broadcast Audio and Video feeds; and troubleshooting signal flows.
• Willingness to travel up to about 30% of the year.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and SharePoint.
• Flexible to work nontraditional hours including nights and weekend events.
• Excellent organizational, planning, technical, and communication skills with an ability to interact with senior level management and clients.
• Proven selfstarter with a desire to make a difference.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking, Adobe Creative cloud, and website design a plus

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
