WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US:

  • You will advise our passengers at the airport and assist them with any questions
  • You will learn all tasks related to passenger services and passenger handling
  • You will use your foreign language skills to communicate with our international customers
  • You will provide information and inform about safety regulations
  • You will work at our service desk and determine flight prices, sell tickets, or offer additional services
  • You will ensure correct loading and unloading of aircraft
  • You will conduct boarding according to applicable safety and airline-specific regulations
  • You will prepare documents for flight preparation and a load and trim sheet
  • You will learn to apply operational safety (safety) and external threat defense (security) regulations
  • You will also perform administrative tasks in various areas such as controlling, human resources, financial accounting, merchandise management, and marketing

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • You have completed secondary school with a Mittlere Reife or (Fach-)Abitur, or are about to
  • You can communicate confidently and have good to very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You are flexible and enjoy being involved
  • You see yourself as a team player,
