- Support a team specializing in project finance debt transactions within various sectors such as renewable energy, power, infrastructure, water, and agricultural technology.
- Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, risk assessments, and coordination with clients and partners.
- Provide comprehensive support for deal teams, including research, analysis, and external marketing activities.
- Develop project finance models, assist in closing transactions, and support portfolio management tasks.
- Assist in the execution of new opportunities, manage the internal credit process, and prepare pitch books and financial models.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client onboarding and regulatory requirements.
- Manage existing transactions, assist in monitoring credit events, lead loan portfolio reviews, and contribute to associate development.
- Provide general assistance in business growth initiatives, research potential areas, and assist in financial structures. The base salary for this position ranges from $112,970 to $169,456 per year, with eligibility for variable compensation.
- Bachelor's degree OR (HS Diploma or GED + 4 years of related experience)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience in project finance financial modeling, presentations, and drafting underwriting/investment memoranda and credit documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to identify transaction risks.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for cutting-edge energy or infrastructure financing.
- Proactive, collaborative, and creative team player.
