As a Leasing Coordinator you will have the opportunity to show off your people skills and lease over 200 brand new luxury residential units.

You will gain knowledge of the current surrounding competitive markets and find the satisfaction of assisting prospective residents find their new home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing leasing calendar and showings
• Call / answer leads that come in daily.
• Verify prospective tenant's landlord and employment history.
• Prepare brochure, leasing package with information pertaining to prospective tenant rental interest.
• Prepare welcome packages.
• Communicate with staff and tenant on moving procedure / instructions.
• Weekly reports on leads and conversions
• Updating leasing spreadsheet

Requirements:

• High School / GED education required.
• Must have strong organizational abilities, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office Experience including Excel.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Property management or leasing software experience
• Must have Property management experience

- must have experience in renting luxury rentals

• Must be familiar with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations.
• Transportation a must

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
