Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative for a seasonal project for our client in Navarre, Ohio

Shift:

1st Shift, 8 hour shift, can be anytime between 6:30am-4:30pm depending on start time
Seasonal position (Expected to last until July/August)

Pay:

$18 / hour

Responsibilities:

Process and input customer orders, both inbound and outbound.
Create and monitor warehouse work requests.
Monitor inbound/outbound material activity and print order labels based on customer requirements.
Trace shipped orders and notify customers of all activity concerning their merchandise.
Perform warehouse functions as requested, including opening and closing procedures.
Run inventory reports to check for product availability.
Perform daily customer-specific reporting tasks.
Engage with customers via phone, email or in person.
Responsible for filing and data entry.
Keep accurate records of customers' material while at site and in transit.
Adhere to the site's quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous CSR experience
Ability to multi-task
Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
