Our client in North Canton is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team

Shift:

1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Process/Track daily orders
Update price changes in price books and price codes
Process credits
File invoices/Sorting Orders
Mail out customer invoices
Run reports for sales reps
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Entering Fax/Phone/Emailed orders
Assist Sales Team
Send out and verify weekly mailings
Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in office setting
Works well with team members
Ability to multi-task
Customer service phone experience a must
High School diploma/GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Must be familiar with Excel
Above average communication skills
