Responsibilities

  • Oversee repair orders and flow of service drive. Ensure customers are greeted promptly, courteous and effectively.
  • Take ownership of customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at above National and District averages.
  • Reinforce company policies and procedures.
  • Encourage compliance with all safety standards, laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with manufacture and foster positive employee relations.
