    Description

    The Guest Relations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the patient safety attendants and guest relations staff and their responsibilities. This position will be monitoring their performance, attendance and scheduling. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Assistant VP with patient concerns, meetings, scheduling and maintaining day-to-day operational needs for the department.

    Requirements

    • Associates Degree in a related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Management/leadership experience preferred.
    • Previous experience in guest relations or patient sitting with working knowledge of VOIP phone systems, monitoring alarms/codes preferred.
    • Computer skills including knowledge of business software.
    • Clerical experience preferred.
    • Behavioral Health, or caretaking experience
    • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to assist with the responsibilities of patient sitter and guest relations
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
    SCHEDULE: 1ST SHIFT (40 HOURS A WEEK)
