    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor patients' vital signs
    • Maintain cleanliness and comfort for each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
    • Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks such as administering medication
    • Update patient records with confidentiality
    • Evaluate patients' wellbeing and communicate any needs to the medical team
    • Explain treatments and procedures to patients and their families
    • Change dressings and bandages to promote proper healing

    Requirements:

    • State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    • Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
    • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
    • BLS Certification
