    Description

    Customer Service Coordinator- Internet

    • What our Customer Service Coordinators do:
    • Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of customer orders by coordinating special requests with the Branch Coordination group
    • Provide order status information to customers via phone and email
    • Work with Sales Representatives and Customers to resolve issues and smoothen the sale to shipping process
    • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients
    • Assist in processing customer quotes, order confirmation, and providing support to Sales Representatives
    • What we look for:
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 6 month's experience in customer service support or similar role
    • Proficiency in using computer systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to type 40 words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
