As we continue to grow, we are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Helicopter Tour Operations Associate, responsible for handling various aspects of tour operations, including check-ins, customer inquiries, and assisting with tour logistics.

Working at the front desk and loading customers into the helicopter, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until they depart for their tour.

You will handle check-ins, answer inquiries over the phone, and assist in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to accompany guests to the helicopter, ensuring their safety and providing any necessary assistance.

• Greet and checkin guests upon arrival for their helicopter tours, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information about our tours, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with tour pilots to ensure timely departures and arrivals for scheduled tours.
• Escort guests to the helicopter departure area, providing safety instructions and assistance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tour office and waiting area.
• Collaborate with the sales team and upsell additional services.
• Handle any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Sedona, AZ, and its attractions is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
