As an
Object Manager (m/f/d) in the West Sacramento, CA area, you will be responsible for managing our services in infrastructure building management and impressing our clients with the highest level of quality.
Your tasks - diverse and future-oriented:
- Comprehensive object management and associated organization and coordination of all work in infrastructure building management/cleaning
- Management of the contractually agreed service provision in the client's property, including quality assurance
- Ensuring budget compliance and conducting ongoing revenue and cost controls in the area of responsibility
- Hiring and managing employees, as well as planning staff deployment and developing employees
- Responsibility for compliance with relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines
- Regular communication with our client regarding all questions related to infrastructure building operations
- Creation and maintenance of objectspecific documentation and reporting
Your profile complements our team:
- Enthusiasm for the topic of service and infrastructure building management
- Extensive professional experience in a similar position, particularly in central management of various services and in managing employees
- Successfully completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry, housekeeping, or in the commercial sector preferred
