The Assessment Coordinator provides assessment services to clients to determine and recommend an appropriate level of care.
The primary functions of the Intake Coordinator are screening, assessment, referrals, diagnostic impression, level of care determination, record keeping and crisis management.
This position is located at our Columbia County Clinic in Hudson.Excellent computer, time management and communication skills are a must, in addition to the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Pay:
$22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
