About You
You are an experienced in Outside or Customer-Facing Sales. You are driven, personable, and have a knack for working with customers. You must be comfortable selling in person and handling questions/concerns face to face with clients. The right personality, energy, and sales habits are most important of all


Duties and Responsibilities

You will tend to leads provided to you, set physical appointments, assess the project, and provide the customer with a total quote.

We are growing as a business and want to help our people grow too. If you don't have experience with waterproofing or renovations that is okay. Although you must have construction experience and be willing to learn basement waterproofing estimating and sales.

Qualifications and Requirements

2+ Years of customer sales experience
Driven, organized, energetic, and personable
The right personality and good sales habits are most important of all
Personal Transportation

Compensation

10% commission plus incentives plus salary depending on experience. (More detail offered in interview)
