Job Overview:


SUMURI LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a TALINO Sales and Tech Support professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling TALINO workstations to prospective clients, as well as providing technical support and assistance to existing customers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Sales:

  • Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities for TALINO workstations within the digital forensics and cybersecurity market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Technical Support:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to TALINO workstations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay uptodate on the latest features, updates, and advancements in TALINO workstations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of TALINO.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to assist users in resolving common issues independently.

Other:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • CFCE Certification within 2 years of employment within the company
  • 2 years of relevant education and or experience preferred

Physical Requirements (if applicable):


  • Constantly communicates with customers and team members. Must be able to converse with and exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Pay:
From $39,500.00 per year
