Manage the organization's client audit processes.
Prepare audit reports and provide timely and accurate information to senior management.
Liaise with clients and advise on financial and audit matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the auditing process and prepare audit reports.
Understand and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS).Advise on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Code matters.
Monitor financial data and report any discrepancies.Prepare financial statements and documents.
Perform research and business consulting as needed.
Qualifications:
CPA certification is preferred.
Proven work experience as an Audit Manager.
