Key Responsibilities and Major Tasks:

• Accurately assess and improve home improvements
• Execute highquality scopes of work
• Manage material orders and returns
• Prioritize job site safety and cleanliness
• Ensure detailed and effective communication
• Experience a diverse range of tasks daily

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Job type: Maintenance Technician, Carpenter, Remodeler, Craftsman
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM—no weekends or afterhours work
• Physical Requirements: Occasional heavy lifting, carrying, and working at heights
• Required experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance, construction, remodeling, or a similar field
• Must have basic hand tools
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Dependable transportation is required (truck preferred)—a stipend will be provided for vehicle use
