What you will do as a Regional Sales Associate (Southern California)

  • Generate market information relevant to the assigned territory
  • Qualify longrange projects via facetoface customer meetings
  • Perform cold calling to selected schools and municipalities
  • Effectively present and differentiate Musco's products and services to customers
  • Conduct field market research examining the potential sales of new products and services and completing handson training
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences
  • Support achieve short and longterm strategic goals

What you will need to be successful:

  • College degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • 25 years of previous work experience preferred, entrylevel college graduate will be considered
  • Passion for selling and building trusting relationships with our customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in front of groups
  • Proven organizational and timemanagement skills, ability to manage the workload as it relates to customer visits, project deadlines, and internal communications
  • Work collaboratively with Musco's internal Team to support our customers
  • Selfdisciplined to work independently to achieve results
  • Tenacious attitude and ability to persevere through sales challenges and setbacks
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and present products and services
  • Motivated to learn and develop

Minimum 50% travel required, primarily Monday through Friday:


  • Willingness to travel to Iowa and within the United States for training:
