    **Description**

    **Duties & Responsibilities:**

    + Duties include but are not limited to loading and unloading for customers and technicians, helping support both PUDO and Parts Express, assisting in returns and customer parts/component pick-up and drop off, core inspection, warranty processing, shipping, and receiving.

    + Must also be able to perform all other journeyman warehouse functions when needed.

    + Hose room responsibilities

    + Warranty processing

    + Safety will be the applicants top priority.

    + This is an intermediate customer facing role in the parts department.

    + Required to be proficient in all warehouse journeyman duties while being able to show ownership to any task assigned.

    **Required Qualifications:**

    + Must be familiar with and participate in CPS/CI process.

    + Must be process driven/detail oriented.
