Loan Servicer Support

Your skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational equivalent required.
- 6 months to one year of experience in a related field required.
- Experience with customer service preferred.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
- Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and organize work tasks.
- Experience controlling negotiable instruments.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high attention to detail.
- Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.
- Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
Your position summary:
The Loan Servicer in our Lending Support department will assist members with questions or problems related to their credit union accounts in a courteous, professional manner.
This role will perform any and all functions related, assisting members with questions or problems related to their account, maintaining loan files, and supporting other areas in the credit union's lending department.
