Rainbow IT is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Rainbow IT consults with these departments to develop professional and high-performing IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You will play a leading role in developing modern cloud-native applications in the context of e-commerce and digital innovation.
You will provide technical guidance to other developers, demonstrate empathy, and have a strong focus on finding solutions.
You will ensure the continuous deployment of new releases with your team in high quality.
You have a high standard for software quality and meet this through automated testing, architecture, and code reviews.
You proactively drive the professional and reliable operation of your solutions.
You actively contribute to the preparation and dissemination of knowledge.
In your role, you embody agile methods such as Scrum and actively promote knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in software engineering with Java, Kotlin, or Go in the backend, as well as in the frontend.
Ideally, you have experience in developing e-commerce applications and have previously led a development team
